The Pastry Coffee Room - Princeton

This café is a hidden gem in Princeton, where you're always welcomed with a smile. I ordered the roasted hazelnut chocolate cake for my daughter's birthday, and it was a huge hit! Everyone loved the chef's creation. The chocolate was creamy and rich without being overly sweet, and the hazelnuts were roasted to perfection. I also sampled the cheese and spinach Danish, which was absolutely delicious! I learned that all the pastries are made fresh every morning. I highly recommend giving this woman-operated terrace a try—you won't be disappointed!

The baked goods here are absolutely delicious, and there are a couple of charming tables outside to enjoy them. The space inside is a bit cramped, but we really appreciated being able to relax with our baby in the stroller and our dog.

This is a must-visit place if you appreciate high-quality homemade pastries! The owner is lovely and truly passionate about her craft. Highly recommend!
