The Dinky Kitchen - Princeton

A wonderful in town bar. University flavor with a cosmopolitan touch. Great food and drinks. Incredible staff. A place to savor.

Rosé by the glass Had the nachos with pork added and they were absolutely delicious! Interesting ingredients (pumpkin seed mole, pomegranate) worked really well together. My husband raved about the kimchi chicken wings and soft pretzels. Portions were perfect. Would recommend and would go back.

The Dinky Bar Kitchen is a beautiful conversion of a former train station. This intimate space is perfect for a romantic date, or to enjoy a cocktail/snack before or after a show at the McCarter Theater located directly across the street. The Dinky Bar's cocktails are on point. While I didn't have a chance to eat, I've enjoyed delicious dinners at the Dinky's sister property Agricola Eatery (also located in Princeton) and can see the menu similarities. Most refreshing was the super friendly and helpful staff. Manager Billy and bartender Sam went above and beyond to make my night at the Dinky Bar memorable!

We loved the bar the restaurant! I have the duck, and it was delicious. My husband son enioyed the clams which they loved.. We also loved their dessert. They have an excellent wine list too.
