Ruth's Chris Steak House - Princeton

Jose, the manager, is fairly new but has already learned our names and is incredibly friendly. You can tell he genuinely loves the business and making guests happy. I also want to highlight Kathleen at the front desk; she is so welcoming and remembers our names. She always goes the extra mile to accommodate my sometimes changing reservations, whether for more or fewer people, and always manages to make it happen. Even though it's a chain restaurant, they always make us feel like family. I'm really looking forward to the Caymus Wine dinner at the end of the month!

I had a fantastic dining experience at this restaurant! We were celebrating my boyfriend’s birthday, and they made it extra special by decorating the table with confetti and leaving a lovely card. The booth was cozy and private, allowing us to share plenty of laughs while enjoying our meal. I've been to other Ruth's Chris locations, and this experience was just as good as any. The service was attentive and prompt, and the drinks were delicious. I ordered the 12oz marbled ribeye cooked medium rare, and it was absolutely perfect. My boyfriend chose the lobster tail and filet, and we decided to order from the classic menu, which I hadn't seen before. It included a starter, a side, and a dessert with our meal, making it a great deal for Ruth's Chris. This place is always a good choice for special occasions!

I never had a steak like I had here. When the waiter tells you the plate is hot that's one thing. But he didn't tell me the steak was so hot it took several minutes before I could eat it. Incredible! Can't wait to go back!

My wife and I had an amazing meal. We started with the calamari appetizer, which was delicious. My wife enjoyed a Caesar salad paired with lamb chops, while I had a wedge salad followed by a ribeye steak. Everything was fantastic! The staff was incredibly attentive, which made our experience even better. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary, and it was the perfect place for such a special occasion!

The service was phenomenal. The staff was very friendly and professional. The food was outstanding. Definitely recommend it.
