Needed to ask for refill, no service and the search for tips in cash is strange? Why can?t the tips from the accounts as I usually carry money

The Hainan chicken was raw. I had delicious food here, but the health risk is not worth it!

Taste was ok..staff seems somewhat rude. You first serve Entree and then starters? The restaurant nearby is 10 a.m., but the server started cleaning at 9:30.i got my bill before I was even halfway through my dinner. I ordered all vegetarian food by asking servers if it can be made vegetarian, nor did it have a fishy smell??

I ordered the Chow Fun mixed with shrimp and chicken and it was a bit of a mess. Food was not delicious at all and many onions. Service was good and fast (no was eating in the restaurant at the time), but the food was less than moderate. I won't return.

It was ok not as impressed as the one in Edison for some reason maybe because I haven't been to penang for a long time but a good portion
