Pei Wei Asian Diner - Princeton

My first time here was great! The staff was very friendly and professional. I wasn't sure about what to get and the young lady at the county was very helpful describing the taste and feel for the meals. The food was made fresh right in front of you. Everything was clean and I received my order quickly. I got the Dan Dan Noodles with chicken and two egg rolls. All the food was excellent. Great price for the large serving sizes. I will definitely go back.

I went in without any expectations and was pleasantly surprised. My daughters really enjoyed their shrimp lo mein. My mother satisfied her craving for spice with the Japanese Steak Shrimp. As for my Spicy Polynesian Poke Bowl, it was among the best I've had since visiting the Big Island. This place is definitely worth checking out!

They don't have an extensive, fancy menu, but everything they offer is excellent.

I absolutely adore this restaurant. The service is consistently quick and welcoming. The food has vibrant flavors and is always fresh, as each meal is made to order. Even though it offers a modern twist on Asian cuisine, I’ve never been let down by any of their dishes. I particularly appreciate the bold spice levels available with my meals. The spices are intricate, featuring peppers, ginger, and garlic, but they provide a pleasant heat rather than just being hot for the sake of it. I only wish this spot was closer to where I live, but I’m more than willing to go out of my way to dine here whenever I'm in the vicinity.

They have definitely improved! I visited this restaurant on Friday, September 1st, and ordered the chow mein with rice noodles, mushrooms, and vegetables. It was absolutely delicious! The presentation of the food was fantastic, and the staff were very friendly. I plan to come here more often, especially since the prices are very affordable!
