Despaa±a Princeton

We have visited this restaurant numerous times in the past. It used to always be fantastic, but not anymore. The service has been underwhelming recently, and the quality of the food is starting to decline. During our most recent visit, the salmon was overcooked and the paella was far too salty. The restaurant has gone from consistently good to only occasionally good.

The dates and speck were sooo good desserts were great and the sangria they made with our red wine was from this world!

We've been to this restaurant a lot. Being consistently excellent. Not anymore. The service was disappointed last time and now the food begins to go downhill. This visit, the salmon was overcooked and the paella was too salty. From consistently good to sometimes good.

An above-average tapas square. Nothing bad to say, but certainly not a wow.

The food is always amazing as is the service. Never disappointed and we can’t wait to go back again.
