We ordered the Hummus Panini with a baked potato and mussel spices and the Panini Mushroom with a side salad. Everyone was very happy. We went with full and happy bitches.

Great food and great surroundings in Princeton. Love this little jewel in town. Very tasteful food and friendly and competent staff.

Only some vegan items are marked, but the friendly owner is very knowledgeable about vegan options. Delicious sandwiches, soups, combooka and desserts.

5 stars for Bucha Brewhouse is well deserved, although HappyCow will not allow this as it is not completely vegan. The food is always fresh and delicious. All sauces and dressings are homemade, low calorie and fully vegan. The food is so healthy and filled. And the Kombucha is the best I ever had.
