Bidrage med feedbackWe visited Prince Rupert on a cruise ship and sought this place out based on a Google review.
Awesome service, ocean wise fish makes a huge difference in the taste. The mangofishous and dungenous California rolls are amazing.
Hands down best sushi in Prince Rupert, and better selection of non-sushi dishes than other options in town.
We had an amazing meal at Fukasaku! The restaurant is located at the back of a gift shop/ gallery with amazing views of the ocean through a big window. We ordered the mushroom gyoza and miso soup to start. The gyoza were light, and the soup was flavourful - we really enjoyed both and would recommend them as great starters before the main meal. For dinner we had ordered the Pacific Medley for two. We could tell that great care had gone into the preparation of our meal. The plating was beautiful and detailed, and the sushi was AMAZING. Our favourites were the tuna tataki and tuna sashimi, and shrimp nigiri. The staff were attentive and pleasant, and able to answer any questions we had about the menu. For dessert we shared a creme brulee which was made with ginger and very tasty! We would recommend this spot to anyone going out for sushi in Prince Rupert and will definitely plan to return!
Chef Dai is amazing, the freshest seafood, only sustainable seafood served, tasty local herbs, gyozas made in house, love this place
