I heard the dad. Johns has a new manager, so I gave them another attempt and WOW was a difference. The new manager Larry has definitely shaken things and the service and quality of food has improved, you should give Papa Johns...another attempt

I received the most disgusting food I have ever had in my life from this restaurant. The pizza box was completely soaked with grease to the point where it was falling apart. I couldn't even take a bite, so I called to ask for a refund, but they refused and were unhelpful, blaming me for choosing the toppings. Despite my efforts to avoid wasting food, I had to throw it away because it was inedible. This experience was disappointing, especially since I had ordered from them in the past and wanted to give them another chance under new management. I will not be ordering from here again and recommend trying a different pizza place. Additionally, the order took almost an hour to arrive, they gave me the wrong drink, and now I have to make something else for dinner.

My fiancée and I decided to try Papa John's for the first time when we were feeling under the weather. We were impressed by how fast our order was ready and the friendly and helpful service we received. It's becoming rare to encounter such cheerful and friendly customer service, so it was a pleasant surprise. When we got home, we found the pizza to be amazing. We were so pleased with our experience that we will definitely be returning in the future.

Having tried pizza at all the pizza joints in town, I decided to see if Papa John's was any better. It turns out that the crust is really what sets it apart, as any sauce and cheese can be put on the dough. It's all about the crust. They make their own from scratch, with fresh ingredients every time. No stale pizza sitting around waiting to be sold. It only took 10 minutes to make and bake a medium pizza with toppings for $8.99. The crust was cooked evenly and had a nice chew to it, like a good baguette. I think this is now my number one spot for pizza!

This is a take-out only pizza place and offers only a very heavy pizza. This would be an ideal place to fill up big eaters but, for those of us who prefer a thin, crispy crust, there is no such option. There are no menu...options other than pizza. Very heavy, very cheesy. Not to our taste.
