Sweetfrog Premium Frozen Yogurt

Bro rolled up at 1206 (supposed to be open at 1200) in slippers and sweat pants like he just rolled out of bed. We went in at 1210 and he said it’s gonna take the machines another 10 minutes to be ready.

Hadn't been here in a while, used to be a nice store. There was yogurt all over the machines and floor. Windows were filthy, floor was dirty. Waited so long for cashier to appear we almost left. Not impressed with a place that used to be very clean and nice.

The first time we came here it was a slow day so the place was clean, only issue was the cheesecake bites tasted spoiled. Second visit today, the fro-yo area was messy, the spouts and handles needed to be cleaned and all the tables/chairs were dirty. Disappointing because it can be a nice place with proper management. It's hard to keep places that cater to kids clean 24/7 but it was definitely not appealing to dine-in.

Machines always seem to be down limiting the options they have to chose from

Very friendly staff. Clean. My family loves going here.
