The great food experience is a bit diminished by the service.

I've been going to Sila for close to ten years now, and it's just as great as it was back then.

Absolutely great food and so many choices you will overfill your plate very quickly great friendly service and simply wonderful food

I haven't been to this restaurant in the last 5 or so years, having found better options elsewhere. They were closed for recent renovations, and we decided to see how the new and improved version compared to past iterations. The decor was certainly improved, being much brighter and cleaner now. The important element, of course, is the cuisine. Most of the dishes were carried over from past years, with a good selection of Chinese and Canadian food. On the plus side, the dishes were much less salty compared to previous years. While this is obviously good for the health, it equates into a slightly less tasty dining experience. While I left more or less full, I can't honestly say it was a fantastic experience, It was neither unpleasant, nor pleasant, just mediocre. I probably won't return when I feel like Chinese food again.
