Bidrage med feedbackThe last two times I visited this restaurant, my order was incorrect. The first time I brought it to their attention, but the staff behind the counter responded by speaking in a different language and laughing, which made me feel uneasy. Although the joke may not have been directed at me, I believe it is important for businesses to speak in the predominant language as a sign of courtesy and respect. I am considering trying a different Tim Hortons location for my weekend visits.
The last time I visited this restaurant, the owner Ed was present. He publicly scolded his employee for putting too much Iced Cappuccino in my cup. It didn't matter who was around or listening, he went off on the employee for supposedly cutting into his profits by overfilling my cup. I will not be spending any more money at that place, and I recommend you don't either.
The new Marquis Road store offers very friendly service. The staff always tries to remember your order and they always have a smile on their face.
So on our recent trip to Prince Albert we noticed that there is always a line up at every Tim Hortons. Cars backed out into the street and people out the doors. We'd resigned ourselves that we would not be drinking Timmie's this time. We drove by two of the three Tim's and stumbled upon this one on the way out of town. The previous two Tim's had lots of people at it as per usual, but this Tim's was EMPTY! : We pulled right up to the drive through and had quick and prompt service. We even added an item at the window and it didn't throw the server at all. AWESOME! No lines and great service make this a nice secret Tim Horton's to go to in Prince Albert!
We hit this location on the way out of Prince Albert for Calgary. A couple of coffee's and some sandwiches, no sauce. The drive through guy was quirky but otherwise it was conistant.
