Domino's Pizza - Prince Albert

I did a order at 5:52 pm, with them saying it would be there within 30 minutes. At 7:23 no one had come to my hotel with my order. So I called and they told me that the order had forgotten to be sent out, but they could make a fresh one, and give me my small bottle of pop for free. At 7:52 I get a call from the delivery driver saying that he is at my room at the Super 8, but I check, and he's not there. He then tells me he went to the wrong Super 8 (there is only one Super 8 in Prince Albert) he then arrives at 7:59 and I have to still pay for my over 2 hour late pizza, no discount, no free delivery. Driver says he can't do anything about it. I refused the order.

The young man on the phone taking our order was really great! No mistakes with our order and he was very professional from start to finish. Thats where it changes unfortunately, the pizza didn't have many toppings or and cheese on the top.. The delivery driver was literally bored with his job and had no customer skills service whats so ever.... perhaps new owners and staff or just a bad night....

I have only been here once but the service was good and the pizza for take out was just like all the othe Domino`s Fast and Hot Pizza.

I always order online with domino's. They have great coupons for different deals online and I am able to see on the web when the pizza is done so I can pick it up. The food is always fast, inexpensive but delicious and the cashier is always friendly. This is where I go for pizza in p.a. nowhere else compares price or quality wise.

This ghetto ass restaurant. Cashiers answering phone calls and FaceTime while taking orders. The females are so disrespectful and unprofessional. Never again
