We had a wonderful experience listening to jazz music while savoring a selection of gin and tonics and a delightful meal for two. The Gatsby-themed evening created a festive atmosphere, and we thank all the staff for making it a special occasion. We can't wait for the next themed event!

Meat! A large selection of gin cocktails! Even though we prefer wine, they have a vast collection of vino. The food is great and the atmosphere is lively. Mozambique restaurant was here before Carbon Bistro and it's a big improvement. They even offer non-alcoholic gin options for those who don't drink alcohol, as well as gin tastings. The staff is knowledgeable about gin, which is impressive. Thank you for the excellent service and delicious food!

We loved it! We tasted the gin and it was amazing. Our waiter, Sam, was very friendly and skilled taught us about the different gins and when to use what Garnish. That was the beginning, the food is just as great. It was like a perfect preparation home cooked meal.
