Wendy's - Prestonsburg

Food is either cold, burnt or just gross every time. I'm done with this location.

Up ordered to medium size. Didn’t upsize. Fries were cold as were the burgers. Told them barbecue sauce and got sweet sour. One thing consistent about here. They ALWAYS get your order wrong. I will say this. Go inside to eat solid they mess it up they can fix it without having to drive back.

They are definitely short staff. But the kid up front was supper apologetic to costumers for the wait. I went in because drive thru was backed up that was a mistake.

Sadly, if you are wanting a convenient and timely experience through the drive-through you might as well find somewhere else to get food. They also don't know how to properly do a chicken rap. I hope things get better here.

Will no longer eat at this location. Everytime my husband and i try to eat here it’s terrible!
