Mcdonald's - Prestonsburg

I went through the drive-thru and wanted a milkshake but as always the cashier stated someone was about to clean the shake machine which meant i couldn 't have any ice cream at all and so I got a 10 piece nugget instead and they were as old as me and not even edible. I won 't be going back here at this particular location again.

If I could leave it as a 0 I would. Went through the drive thru and order two Mighty kids meals, 20 piece nuggets and a Filet-O- Fish and a diet coke. Got the order only to discover they didn't give me my meals but that I payed for the toys. Went in to speak to the manger and they were rude telling me if I wanted my meals they will ring me up again charging me twice for my meals. 100% don't recommend going here. Signed a very disappointed customer.

Sad reading the comments and nothing has changed in 5 years. If you're supposed to be open at 4:30 be open by then. Came through at 5 and there wasn't a soul around and the speaker told me this location is closed in the drive thru.

Is it a thing that they must get your order wrong? Does the ice cream machine ever work?

Took them 20 minutes to make two biscuits. and they were all hateful and on their phones.
