Arby's - Prestonsburg

Was at counter for about 8 min until someone said they would be right with me. Finally ordered after 15 min. When got home order wasn't complete. check before you leave)

I have experienced this store three times so far. First, I went inside and had a classic Arby's roast beef. My critique is that it needs to be a bit juicier, so I smothered it in Arby's sauce. The service was extremely friendly, and the dining room was immaculate.My second experience was in the drive-thru. I simply wanted a shake it was ready in no time and again friendly service.My third experience was with doordash delivering a reuben sandwich and a jamocha shake. The shake was out of this world, and in my humble opinion, Arby's has the best shake of any fast food chain.As to the ruben, it had plenty of meat and could use a touch more sauerkraut and maybe another half a slice of Swiss cheese. my biggest critique would be the bread.Although it is a marble rye, as it should be, it was soft. I recommend or humbly suggest that they toast the bread to give it a nice crunch that would round out the experience. All in all, this store is a keeper, and I certainly will be going back!

Good clean Arby's. Got 2 Chicken sandwiches and they were both made right and they had good customer service and everything was hot. 10/10
