Gelato Papa - Preston

I really enjoyed everyone I tried here. the owners know what is vegan and what is not, so they can recommend for them. the chocolate is very good;

Instantly felt refreshed walking into Gelato Papa, a clean and cool space. We love ice cream in a cone, especially as it's better for the environment, but the staff member didn't know if the cones were vegan so to be on the safe side we went for a pot this time. The Jaffa Chocolate Ice cream was amazing! Was also tempted to take home the choc topped cones (in packets) available in raspberry, and also chocolate.

There was about 5 vegan flavours of gelato/sorbet available, as well as a choc top and a couple of cakes. We had the Jaffa (which tastes exactly how I remember the lolly tasting), the Lemon Zest sorbet (incredibly zesty and tangy), and the Piña Colada (just like the real thing). We were very impressed how the flavours tasted exactly like their namesakes. The options available vary but icecream flavours updates are usually available on social media.

I wouldn't be happy about the vegan options here. They are just the usual fruit aromas of sorbets and dark chocolate. I hoped more and was a little disappointed.
