Dalice Elizabeth Winery - Preston

Planned on taking my wife here for you a beautiful date night. Called twice, left a message and recieved no calls back. Messaged the business on Facebook messenger got a response right away... Until i started asking questions and waited several days again with no reply. i sent the business a message disclosing my disappointment. Well they looked at the message but didnt respond again Par For The Course I Guess) i had high hopes for this place A winery with the customer service of Wendys

Loved my afternoon at Dalice Elizabeth Winery. Yesterdays rain turned to sunshine and the wine was so fabulous that we brought home enough bottles to bring sunshine into any future rainy days. The live music was such a delightful addition to a room full of strangers that became friends. This is a hands in the air cheer for the best time.

It 's hard to give a positive review when the way they run their business is so lackadaisical. You cant even get in touch with the staff there. They do not answer their email and the phone mailbox has been full for all of the times I have tried calling in the past month so you cant even leave message. If your into dealing with unresponsive staff this is your kind of place.

I really wanted to like this place, but I just couldn't. The building the tasting is in is cute, if not a bit crowded. Service was awful, 2 new girls training and the girl training them wasnt helping them AT ALL. They were very young, probably 18, knew nothing about wine and had a hard time keeping a conversation going. The seasoned trainer complained loudly about the lack of AC and was on her phone most of the time, and seemed annoyed when the girls asked her questions. Glasses were dirty, wine was not very good, and the whites were all warm, not appealing at all. Bathroom is weird, in the owners house, just a strange and uncomfortable setup. Will not return

I was excited to visit this winery for a while now but had quite the experience. We arrived around 12 on a Friday and were the only people at the vineyard. We were told by the girl working there she was just sleeping before we got there. I then asked if they accept debit cards and i was told yes but do we have cash because the machine often doesn't work. My friend and I only had enough cash for one tasting, so said we would only do one tasting. The woman took my cash and said she would just give us two but don't tell anyone. Later on she ended up running my card and charged us, I guess the machine was working. I enjoyed the wine a lot but the woman working was antsy, uninformative, and constantly itching herself. I would have stayed for a glass but we just wanted to get out of there.
