Starbucks - Preston

The cleaner at the restaurant was very rude, as she kicked us out for not having a drink, even though we had finished them and were still eating our lunch. She threw away our plastic cups and repeatedly told us that it's not a restaurant. I was also on an important call with my grandad, but she didn't let us explain and was eager to kick us out. Overall, the experience was extremely rude and disappointing.

The hot chocolate was delicious, the service was quick, and the ambiance was lovely. I typically frequent independent coffee shops, but I had a great experience here today.

I ordered a hot chocolate, which was pretty good. It wasn't anything extraordinary, but I didn't have any complaints either. The snacks were the highlight for me.

I made a purchase for a gingerbread latte and a toffee and nut latte today at the Fishergate, Preston store and was very disappointed with my purchase. Both did not reflect the outside store photo image of what was expected, but in a takeaway cup..... And what I received was just flat coffee with syrup flavourings. No whipped cream or wafer topping on the gingerbread latte. No whipped cream and toffee nut flavour sauce on the toffee nut latte. In fact I can get a better presented coffee made by my 8 year old granddaughter. I feel that it was a waste of money.

First visit here and probably the last. Only stopped for a drink and cake, the cafe was dirty and tired.
