Premier Inn Preston South (craven Drive)

Receptionist a bit frosty, and didn't really make us feel welcome, room was OK, tv was tiny, not like most premier inn's I have stayed in before. Overall it was just about ok for 1 night. Rooms: 3 Service: 2 Location: 4

Stayed 2 nights. Had all I needed. Staff were great very helpful and friendly Rooms: The old style and well in need of an update but clean and bed amazing as usual Food drinks: Breakfast served in house and was good. 2 pubs close by for dinner. Rooms: 2 Service: 5 Location: 4

We arrived on Thursday 19th October for a 2 night stay. We know there was a lot of improvements going on on the reception area but when we got to our room, we were very disappointed. It was very small and very outdated, dirty carpet and the unit looked like there had been woodworm in it as it was corroded in places. The bathroom was not fit for purpose. No room to put any toiletries in there and the toilet did not flush properly so had to throw water down to get rid after using it. Will not be back and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
