Burger King - Presque Isle

I will not go to this building. the last time that my man and I were there, this place smells like an old, dirty cloth that sat long in dirty water. the tables were sticky, all! I could see the dirt on the edges of all the tables. the people who worked there were in no hurry to do any cleaning. we ordered a burger, pommes and a drink, the ice machine is broken, ao, if they want ice, the person behind the counter takes her cup and puts ice in her from an ice machine in the back when the theke. since I looked back where the cooking is finished, my dear turned around. I told the man that if he wanted a burger in the future, it was good with me, but I wouldn't accompany him. last summer it was closed by an inspector, and most stay away from there, not many vehicles on the parking lot. I wouldn't recommend this place. I have calculated 0

I understand that the loudspeaker is broken, but we waited for 20 minutes at the window, and we were the only ones there at the time. The woman at the window didn't say anything; she just closed it and started chatting with her colleague, who I think was the manager or supervisor. Overall, I was not impressed with the customer service. It was quite disappointing.

The prices here are higher than at other fast food chains, and the restaurant feels outdated and unclean. The restroom is poorly maintained, and it often leaves you feeling dirty after use. The staff appears unprofessional; I even witnessed a heated argument between some customers and one of the chefs. Seriously? I gave this place two stars, primarily because I enjoy a Whopper once a year—so I suppose the Whopper itself deserves those two stars, not the restaurant or its subpar staff.

This place has an old, dated appearance and feels unclean. The staff was rude and snobbish. I ordered a fish burger—one of the main reasons I chose to eat here, because it was recommended. Unfortunately, it tasted as if it had been washed with dish soap. I took one bite and left immediately.

The food is often cold and orders are incorrect. Bought a breakfast sandwich this morning and it was missing the bacon. This place uses to be a great place but it has gone downhill in the last year or two. And now that McDonald's is building a new restaurant here in town I suspect burger King will eventually close due to lack of business unless they fix the place up and start serving better food
