Bidrage med feedbackI placed a mobile app order which disappeared from my phone, as well as when I got there they had no record of it. Showing them that I had been charged literally minutes prior to my arriving, the response was we're not affiliated with the app, so you'll have to call them. Understandable for the refund, but would not take my order even though I would have been paying twice. The attitude was uncalled for as I was being extremely nice, I was not aware my order had disappeared until I got to the speaker and they told me to pull to the window to figure it out. I'm assuming my order was cancelled from their end as my phone literally still said pull up to the speaker and state I was there for my pick up order. Also assuming that is why they had me pull up to the window so I couldn't place the order. During my drive thru wait, I noticed people were able to go inside and then they locked the door so people could no longer walk in. Have heard this is the worst Del Taco to visit but now I know. I understand it gets busy and everyone is short staffed, I just feel like they should have been some sort of resolve or allowed me to place the order.
Normally I am pretty patient. I get the staff shortages and I try to give the benefit of the doubt when I see people are really putting in an effort. Not so here. We were in the drive through for almost 20 minutes. Now I can understand in some cases, they are doing the best they can, but LITERALLY EVERY STAFF MEMBER had a phone in their hand. No one was even trying to get orders done. They all just stood around and kept looking at their phones. When we got the food, it was horribly put together. All the burritos were smashed and the contents completely out of the tortillas and on the wrappers. The special burrito we ordered we didn 't find until much later. It was on the very bottom inside the pack of burritos. Fiesta pack, I think it was called? The tacos were not hot by any means and they had tomatoes in them. Now that could have been my mistake, but I didn 't think they were supposed to have them. I figured with the wait, they were waiting on more meat to be made? But with lukewarm meat at best, apparently that wasn 't the case. Do yourself a favor and just skip this location. They don 't even try. If you 're going to spend money and have a wait, do it somewhere where the wait is at least justified and the staff at least act like they care.
Food was fresh and good. Cleanliness of the floor was unacceptable. We were in the restaurant 1/2 hour, french fries on the floor in front of register that had been walked thru and tracked towards the beverage area. Also could see food on the floor in the kitchen area. 6 employees working and food was still there when we left.
Always get my order wrong ?? even adds stuff not asked for. Worst del taco ever ??I asked for no onions they add jalapeños. Fried cold and had to put in microwave at home to heat up. This is ridiculous.. Hardly any chili and no sourcream. My sons meal I asked for no lettuce or tomatoes and of course that was wrong as well. Mind you I was the only person in the drove thru line. My son is 6 and will comment ever time we go hope they make it right this time .
Sat in drive thru for over 20 minutes. No customer service skills at all. I paid for my food then continued to wait until I received my food for over 15 minutes. After finally receiving my food it was all shoved into one bag with all my food smashed. I haven't been to this Del Taco in months because of how horrible everything has become. I heard it was under new management and that things were better.....from this experience I would say that it is exactly the same. No more Del Taco in Prescott Valley anymore I guess. Disappointed ??
