Whiskey Row - Prescott

We hadn't visited this area in a long time. We met friends for lunch and decided to stop by Whiskey Row. It was a busy day with many visitors in Prescott. Luckily, we found a free 2-hour parking spot on Gurley Road, the main road leading into the historic part of town. There was also a Corvette show happening, with Montezuma and Cortez streets closed to traffic. The Corvette owners were friendly and proud of their cars, willing to chat with anyone who passed by. The weather was cooler at the slightly elevated location, making it a pleasant experience to walk around and explore the art galleries and other businesses. We enjoyed the car show and browsing the galleries along Whiskey Row. If you're lucky enough to find a space, there is free street parking available.

They don't how to mix drinks so buy only straight. Old stinky environment. Good vibes. Many items on display to watch and buy. Cool people.

It's pretty cool walking around down here. It's pretty much a tourist attraction if that's what you're looking for. The courthouse and grassy areas and gazebo is awesome.

We had loads of fun! There was a farmers market that day and it was a blast strolling around. Stores and restaurants were spunky, fun and full of variety. The antique thrift stores were especially great. So much culture in this cute small town.
