This time I went in there at 8:45p.m. they don't close till 9:00 but you can't get a sub after 8:40p.m. employee said that she was instructed by her management to tear everything down before 9:00. My problem is how are you supposed to serve food up until 9:00 if you never have the stuff ready. I couldn't even get my sub toasted, and this isn't the first time this is probably the 10th time I've been in there and been refused service or couldn't get what I wanted because they're halfway cleaned up. If you want your employees to be out at 9:00 then maybe you should close your restaurant at 8:00 or 8:30. It's ridiculous! I won't be shopping at this location again, I would rather give my business to a place that takes care of the customers and holds true to their hours. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

I used to love the subway here! Lately the stock hasn’t been the same with bread and items! There is one worker who I swear don’t ever toast our subs. Been this way for a few weeks now and starting to get a little aggravated with it

I placed an online order at 7:07 PM, and the app indicated that my pickup time would be 7:55 PM. When I arrived, a young man opened the door for me and informed me that they were closed. He then went to get a manager, who came out and told me that my order had not been placed. I shared my order confirmation with her, but she became quite rude. She insisted that I speak to her boss in the morning, saying they were closed and that no order had been placed. It felt unprofessional and disappointing, especially since I’ve always enjoyed this Subway in our small town.

Does not participate in Veterans Day discounts in a small town where there are so many veterans. Shame on owner.
