The service was friendly and heartfelt, which really makes you value a local business over large chains. For those who think the prices are high, it’s important to remember that BBQ takes a lot of time and effort to prepare—something people often overlook just because it’s served up quickly. Quality food requires time and good ingredients, so please keep that in mind. That said, I do have some constructive feedback that doesn't detract from the overall experience: the mac and cheese was too soft and lacked the desired pasta texture, making it not very cheesy. It’s more suited for those in the mood for a buttery pasta side. As for the BBQ sauces, they're on the sweeter side, and the spicy variety doesn't differ much from the regular one; I would describe it as zestier than actually spicy.

The food and service were excellent. We dined in the new patio area, which was delightful on a sunny day.

As a barbecue enthusiast, I truly enjoyed the food here. It was so delicious that I plan to return tomorrow. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the sweet tea alone is worth the visit. Everything is finger-lickin' good!

I was feeling unwell but wanted to treat my husband to a fantastic meal. The young man who took my order over the phone was absolutely wonderful! The food, sauces, coleslaw, and beans were all incredible—pure perfection! Please consider supporting this amazing, affordable family-run restaurant! Everything was so delicious!

As we passed by, we spotted Montana BBQ, and I exclaimed, "Yes, turn around!" It was definitely worth the stop! The food was fantastic, and the staff was wonderful. This place is a must-visit when you're in Prescott!
