Jersey Mike's Subs - Prescott

I ordered a steak and cheese sub. It was cooked to perfection, best sub I've had in months. Well done Jersey Mike's!

The staff was very nice, but I struggled to stay and eat as the establishment was very dirty. Food all over the tables and floor. The soda machine was very unclean, and lastly I had hair in my sandwich and was unable to finish my meal. I’ve eaten from here a few years back and had a great experience. I’m not sure what has happened, but the store just needs a thorough cleaning, and staff needs better PPE and hygiene. Thank you :

Friendly staff but how the hell do you run out of bread?.....

First of all I want to say that I love Jersey Mike's and go often. I always get the Turkey provolone and salami. They just charge me for extra meat. Well today I was told that I can't order that anymore because they are under new management and they don't have a way to ring it up on the menu. I informed the worker that they can just charge extra meat and she said again I am sorry I can't do that. We are under the new management. I looked on the menu to see if there was a sandwich with salami and I couldn't find one. So I said do you have any sandwiches with salami and she said yes. It's on our secret menu ham, salami and provolone. I told her I would like to order that sandwich and I asked if we could sub out the ham for turkey again. She said no because they are under new management and they don't have a way to ring it up on the register. My question is how do they ring up a secret item menu on the register?? I was so frustrated and shocked that they cannot add an extra meat to a sandwich, especially when I'm willing to pay for it! I probably won't be going back.
