Jack In The Box - Prescott

The customer service is excellent, the burgers are fantastic, and the milkshakes are enjoyable, but every time we visit, the curly fries are always cold and stale, which really dampens the whole dining experience.

I received a moldy bun with my hamburger, but didn’t open it until it was too late to get lunch. I had to go all day without food, drive all the way back to Jack in the box to only receive a refund for just the burger. The workers were very rude, did not apologize or compensate me for the major, disgusting inconvenience!!!

Disgusting we rarely go to jack in the box, but today I wanted some tacos! Love jack in the box tacos! So we went and got tacos plus egg rolls, plus a combo a sourdough jack...$34 worth of food.3 words people CHANGE YOUR OIL!!! The tacos egg rolls weren't even edible. What a waste! ?

Hot, fresh, fast, and polite! What else do you want in a fast food restaurant. I love when I visit the West bc we don’t have Jack in the Box.

Horrible cook! How do you mess up tacos? So burnt there wasn’t any filling. The cook cussed out my husband when I asked for new ones. And Last time I came here I got charged for some one else’s order it was $35 when mine was only $9. And they didn’t even know how to refund it so nothing got done about it. Prescott AZ Location
