O'charley's Restaurant Bar - Prattville

Chicken delicate nachos not worth the price and I had a piece of nappy hair in my food. No chicken, it's like they chopped half a piece of tender and just tapped it there.

The first time here, I hesitate to leave a bad review. Not sure it's always like that or not. We spent almost 90 minutes here as it took so long from the time we were done at the time we were done. Appetizer took over 30 minutes to arrive and was over an hour before we got our main course after the order. Potatoes were cold. Mac and cheese were like warm, pasta was very warm. Place was not very busy either. Raoul the waiter was great. Very apologetic. Did his best to make things right. No problems with him. He replaced the cold potatoes with hot potatoes, gave us a discount. Never heard of a manager. Other tables seemed to get their food quickly. Not sure what the problem was.

The staff was very nice food extremely tasteful Had enough to take home later. Try it again!

That was a heart attack waiting for it. The saltiest food I ever had in my whole life, and the worst salad possible. Only worse because there is a so-called bottomless soup and salad, but they actually count the number of cucumbers, two, and tomatoes, two, and their sad iceberg salad

The food was hot, fresh, and the service was great. There was no wait.
