On 14/10 I bought a groupon for a dinner at the restaurant and booked for 12/12. the same 12/12 morning I get the cancellation of the reservation! I called the restaurant and I was told that the cancellation was due to an organized dinner only for members of the club. I asked if it was possible to return the next Thursday since I had booked for two months, but I was told that I should check availability on the groupon site otherwise ask for refund. obviously there was no availability as the coupon expired on 12 January 2020. I asked for the refund (thanks groupon) but now I no longer have the curiosity to go to the restaurant considering the little interest they have towards new customers. They could have sent me before the cancellation not at the last minute! or still sitting somehow I understand the situation. small professionalism.

Hello, I bought a coupon with groupon, at the time of booking I contacted the local. I was told to refund the coupon as they would not consider the voucher despite the offer on groupon. this happened over a month ago, the voucher is still on groupon for purchase! There has been no seriousness and respect for the consumer by the local managers.
