Fiaschenberg is the a place difficult to categorize but easy to love. A street-wine-bar-brunch-restaurant, it offers typical food from the area and specific creation with popular ingredients. All joined by very good not mainstream wines. In the living heart of the city, Paolo and his staff will suggest you ideas and combination, in a friendly way that makes you feel the real Tuscan experience.

Fiaschemberg offers different kinds of 'Taglieri ' which is an assortment of appetisers served on a wooden tray. We sat there, in the indoors warm atmosphere on a cold evening, had wine and different kinds of local cheese and fish on a tray, with some great local dips and honey. It was great. And the host was really helpful with explaining the menu. We had a great evening. This place looks very popular by locals. Recommended.

It's a pleasent place where to go for an Aperitivo! a Glass of good red wine or a particular glass of Beer. Nice food such as salami, ham, cheeses ecc. worth a visit

Excellent selection of quality cutters and meat. also the croutons were very good and the wine. definitely one of the best choices for an aperitif in Tuscan style. the problem of the premises in via sevensoldi is that, being a narrow and normally very beaten way, in summer it is really hot.

Small characteristic restaurant in the center of the lawn, in a beautiful crowded street. Choosing croutons, less the cutter would need a suitable vegetarian. Overall I liked it. good wines and very kind staff
