Southern Maid Donuts - Prairieville

Fantastic experience! My family recently moved to Prairieville and we've been exploring. This place is one of the first we found. The service is quick and kind. They have a nice variety of options, all of which are delicious! Highly recommended by my family. We're definitely returning in the future.

Being from the New Orleans area, I usually have to drive all the way to New Orleans in order to get chocolate donuts. Well not anymore, Southern Maid has chocolate donuts, but, only on weekends. That's probably a good thing because I'd eat them every day if they had them every day! They even have chocolate covered chocolate donuts!! And yes, I get the chocolate donuts every weekend!

Nice friendly place. Clean. Owner offers me a coffee when I get my breakfast on days that I Waitr drive. Good food. I like the size of the Kolaches. They are easy to eat!
