Bidrage med feedbackAbsolutely great Kebab restaurant. This is really from other people in Prague. The food is a big step up from the average, with a short but absolutely tasty selection of Turkish dishes. The owner's staff is very friendly and speaks a variety of languages. The venue is also pleasant, with a beautifully decorated interior and comfortable outdoor seating. They have decent drinks available, from filled beer to large lemonade. Strongly recommend the beef durum (wrap) kebab, and some of their homemade baclava for dessert.
Wonderful place! Menu is not so rich, but the suggestions are really worth it. Adana Kebab, cooked, bulgur, hamburgers are delicious! And they also serve Turkish tea and Ayran. Besides, it's all Halal. Basically you can have a delicious Halal dinner for less than 200 Kč. Very recommended for iftars too.
Great lunch and kebabs. Mediterranean food and veal for kebab is decent compared to what you can see on other kebab meat sticks... Service is also good and in summer you can enjoy the garden.
Surprisingly very good restaurant. I have been passing by Sofram a lot lately thinking it must have been a typical fast food. I was really surpised and I mean it in a good way. The interior is based on the Mediterrian style but the food is strictly focused on persian traditional dishes. I liked the vibe and the kind approach of the staff.
I am giving this a three and a half stars. I like it but I still think some of the negative comments are true. I like the food but it could be better. We lived the the Middle East for over five years and spent quite a bit of time in Turkey so in comparison it’s not even close. As far as Prague goes it’s pretty good. Yes the place could be cleaner or at least the presentation of the food more appealing. It is sort of thrown on the plate and the kitchen is messy even though the menu is extremely limited. The portions are pretty big and the prices are low. I like the owner and he makes it feel more like Turkey than any other place in Prague. I wish they expanded the menu to more complex authentic Turkish dishes.
