The dough is very light and dry, a shame about the ingredients which I found tasteless. I ordered an ortolana and the vegetables had no flavor. I also tasted the pizzas of the people who were with me and I didn't find them tasty. The waiters are very kind and always smiling, the restaurant is also very nice. On the port of Pozzuoli, with a beautiful view of the Bay and Cape Miseno. Very nice place, clean and well managed. Here we eat classic pizza, not contemporary pizza. Excellent dough, excellent ingredients and a good offer of classic pizzas and more particular combinations. We split a diavola (just the right amount of spiciness) and one with provola cheese, yellow datterini tomatoes, green chillies and sausage. The waiter asked him directly if we wanted the pizzas cut in half for one. Both were really excellent. Friendly and very friendly (and not at all intrusive) service. A recommended place also for those waiting to embark for the islands. Io sono ischitana e quando rientro in auto sull’isola via Pozzuoli, spero sempre di avere il tempo di una sosta per un’ottima pizza in questo ristorante accogliente, pulito e con ottimi prezzi. Il proprietario e i camerieri sono professionali e gentili. E quando il traghetto è in partenza sono anche rapidissimi. Consiglio la montanara! Excellent pizza and babà. Friendly, attentive and fast service. Bill for 2 pizzas, water, beer and a babà 29 euros. Highly recommended. It is advisable to book in advance.
