Nando's - Powys

Nando's is typically one of my preferred dining spots in Hereford, with delicious food and great service. However, during my recent visit with some friends, there were some issues. I ordered olives and a drink, while my friend ordered fries and a drink. Normally, the service is quick, but this time we waited around 27 minutes. When my friend inquired about the fries, we were told that they had been made but the receipt was lost. After a new receipt was printed, we finally received our food. Unfortunately, the fries were cold, had a hair and some paper in them. The staff apologized for the inconvenience, but we left feeling disappointed with the overall experience.

We had an amazing meal at this restaurant with a fantastic atmosphere, and we definitely plan on returning. Kev was our fantastic server and we had a great experience with him.

I was having a meal today and the girl from morning shift I don't remember her name surprised me with a souses box from Nandos saying that I made her day being so lovely. She made my day too left them a nice tip. Fantastic service and kindness. Thank you Violeta

We came here on a Sunday for some lunch. We were greeted by a lovely girl with curly hair. She sat us down and explained everything really well. The food was prompt and really nice. Only issue was we received our food we were forgotten about. They never checked on us and how our meal was. We sat and chatted at our table long after we finished and our plates weren’t even taken. They stood chatting by the toll area and it wasn’t like we were the only people, there were plenty of tables that hadn’t been cleared. We went on Sunday 19th May about 2pm.

It was my brother’s birthday and we went to Nando’s. When we were ordering we realised they had ran out of the butterfly chicken which was the one he wanted. But, a very helpful and extremely friendly waitress called Liv made it all ok. She helped us find the most similar item to the butterfly chicken and even sung happy birthday when bringing out the dessert’s. Thank you Liv for making our night more enjoyable.
