Nando's - Powys

We had an amazing meal at this restaurant with a fantastic atmosphere, and we definitely plan on returning. Kev was our fantastic server and we had a great experience with him.

Nando's is typically one of my preferred dining spots in Hereford, with delicious food and great service. However, during my recent visit with some friends, there were some issues. I ordered olives and a drink, while my friend ordered fries and a drink. Normally, the service is quick, but this time we waited around 27 minutes. When my friend inquired about the fries, we were told that they had been made but the receipt was lost. After a new receipt was printed, we finally received our food. Unfortunately, the fries were cold, had a hair and some paper in them. The staff apologized for the inconvenience, but we left feeling disappointed with the overall experience.

This was our first visit to Nando’s in Hereford. We had a first class experience with friendly and efficient staff. The food was hot and swiftly served and very tasty. All of us thoroughly enjoyed our chicken and chips with interesting sides. The free sauces...were delicious. The desserts were excellent too. A good fun evening was had by all.

I went to Nando's today for a quick meal while out shopping. It was a busy Saturday lunchtime, but a very polite lady at the door greeted us and seated us promptly. She explained how to order using the QR code and told us to call her over if we had any issues. However, we didn't encounter any problems and our food arrived quickly, served by another very polite girl. She even offered to refill our drinks and provide sauces, as we were busy with our babies - which was greatly appreciated! The food was as tasty as I expected and I can't fault anything overall. I would even go as far as to say it was the best Nando's experience I've ever had, and I've had quite a few.

Upon arrival the woman at the door was really rude, and unhelpful, when we didn’t understand that we had to queue on the track and trace she didn’t help she just got annoyed, when we got inside, the tables were dirty, and the food was...cold and just not very nice, and everyone on my table didn’t enjoy it. Most of the waitresses were nice but the one women ruined our experience, we won’t be going again.
