We visit here as a family every week and have never been disappointed Walk through the door to a lovely open fire Always such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Everything has a real homemade taste to it. Perfect size portions, homemade crispy chips and generous side salads. My partner and father in law alway chose the steak, cooked to perfection every time. A must visit place if you are in the area

Lovely traditional pub/ restaurant, warm friendly atmosphere, roaring fire on a cold night. Food is tasty, portions are good. Puddings are lovely traditional style, (syrup sponge and custard is the best!! make sure you leave enough room for pudding!!! Food is freshly cooked so don’t expect microwave fast food here.
