Bojangles - POWHATAN

Every time I take a bite to eat, they always screw up my order. The other half of the time, the food is burned over and obviously has sitting in a reheater basking in what little juice remains. Used to like this place but visited it, it has gone enormously in recent months.

They leave items you paid for out. Then you have to go inside to get it. Happened 3 times the 4 time left out plastic ware how do they expect you to eat mac and cheese I'm done with this place.

Boberry biscuits are so good! Unfortunately they gave me the wrong order and the chicken biscuit I did get was old and stale.

Frank the manager is solid, his staff? Not so much, maybe 1 out of 3 times will your food be decent. Low standards, drive thru staff have bad attitudes if you dare return mushy hour old hash browns, you ask for a new order and then in less than a minute you are given another old order that has been microwaved. Chicken quality has dropped considerably as well. Hopefully the manager can acquire some decent staff, he will make things right but no one should have deal with that constantly.

I like the spicy chicken and Cajun rice and the sweet tea is good. But chicken sixes are pretty small and one day I ordered a 3 piece meal and they gave me 3 tiny chicken wings and charged me over $9 with tax. The 3 chicken wing plate is only $6 something. The next time I went the girl apologized and gave me an extra side of green beans though so she was nice. But you have to get 3 pieces because the chicken pieces are small.
