Steak 'n Shake - Powell

My husband and I often choose the $4 meals from the value menu, and they are consistently hot and freshly prepared. Most of the staff members we interact with are very friendly; however, during our last visit, one employee seemed upset about something unrelated to our order. I believe it's important to leave personal issues at home and not bring them to work. This experience is why I give the restaurant four stars instead of five. Unfortunately, that employee’s attitude affected our day.

The food is consistently excellent, and the shakes are truly amazing! They're smooth and drinkable, not just a solid block of ice cream, haha. The burgers are served hot and are a generous size! My favorite is the barbecue combo!
