If you love a passionate cook with as much local product as possible aka delicious, you must come to try its offers! I love the Donburi bowls (best rice I had so far) with local fish, oysters are crazy!! This man has skills, hope you get to enjoy his culinary wisdom and art Believe me, I have tried to make a Donburi dish at home and failed?. I'd rather just pay him.

The best place to eat at Little Itlay Food Hall. The food is excellent and always fresh. They have vegan options and sushi that simply melts in the mouth. To make it out of the staff, is so friendly. Love this place!!!

This place was yummy! We checked them out at Atlas Market Food Hall and were not disappointed! 10/10 would go again! It was delicious and our daughter loved it! We felt like we cheated on our favorite Japanese restaurant but Single Fin Kitchen was worth it.

Let's go, WOW. Fish was so delicious, the mix of meerrot and sashimi pieces was fantastic. I've never had so perfectly cooked Calamari. In addition, the boss is such a personable guy. You can say he cares more about what goes into the bowls than most cooks. Try this, you WONT are dissatisfied!

There are many options in the dining room, but I'm so glad I finally tried single fin kitchen. I have one of their Donburi rice bowls with Hamachi. I was blown away. I love sushi, but all the flavors they mixed in their bowl were like nothing I had before. I highly recommend it.
