I went to a restaurant to get ice cream at 8:35. They only offered Oreos as add-ins. The customer service was terrible as they refused to make ice cream for me at 8:50 because they were closing soon. They claimed to have run out of milk for milkshakes just as we were ordering and also refused to make smoothies. The food was overpriced despite having limited options and the customer service was absolutely awful.

I visited the restaurant with my daughter and ordered a cone from the employee, Spencer. However, when I found it to be too soft, I informed him and he sarcastically told me to throw it in the trash.

I had a terrible experience with a very rude staff member named Spencer at this restaurant. He treated my elderly mother poorly and condescendingly.

Leah is a SCAMMER! Please do not ever go here. It is so upsetting that she would try and take advantage of my parents. Please check your receipt. This low moral girl added a 73 DOLLAR TIP onto my parents 10 dollar shake. I called today and they said there wasn't a manager so we will see how they make this right tomorrow but please by all means avoid this place. So upsetting to take advantage of older people and think they won't notice. I have never experienced something like this. Please check your receipts. It hurts to think how many people she did this to and got away with it.

Came here on Monday night around 7p to bring my family here for dessert. There was no wait and we easily ordered; 2 signature ice creams, love it size (medium) with waffle bowls and 1 extra topping. Came out to a whopping $27 . The ice cream was good and no wait but at these prices definitely will be a once a year treat
