Pho T N - Poulsbo

We arrived there late yet the staff were so kind and nice to me and my mom, they answered any questions we had and more while staying professional and kind. The pho brisket was delicious and hot. We also got shrimp and beef with peanut sauce and they arrived as fast as the water. They were speedy yet on point with taste and consistency. Would recommend to anyone at anytime of day. Kid-friendliness: We arrived a hour before closing yet we weren't rushed or watched over, they answered any questions and clarified my questions. Great staff and owner.

Best Vietnamese food I have ever had. Beef pho is incredible and the broth stands alone!

I had the fried rice with chicken and it was delicious! Very generous serving size as well.

The food was excellent. I got the vegan vermicelli bowl with tofu and lemon grass. It was great that there was a vegan section on the menu. The boba wasn't my favorite. I ordered the green tea boba which turned out to be a matcha milk (soy) tea with tapioca pearls. It wasn't what I expected and was overly sweet.

Best pho I have had since moving to the PNW. It's a must-have!! Service is always good too.
