Bidrage med feedbackI'm pleased with the customer service and the food and drinks were amazing, I got a chocolate croissant and a cotton candy frappucino and my step dad got coffee. We are both very satisfied.
Staff is so nice and friendly. They are always super welcoming and kind. The drinks are always really good and there never is a long wait time. Even when the place is busy they are able to get drinks out very fast. I have never waited for more than 5 minutes and that was when they were very busy. The parking lot is not the best.
I did a mobile order and went to pick up on a Saturday morning. It was packed with college girls inside with no masks standing shoulder to shoulder with more waiting to pick up their drink. Why put a mask reminder on Google listing if you’re going to make it a free for all? I had to wait extra 15 min and for my coffee to get watered down with melting ice until it felt safe enough to pick up the drink. No wonder we’re still dealing with Covid spreading.
Celebrate, Heart of Glass, Get Down Boogie, Disco Baby, and more all played in the background while waiting along with many other people (I counted 14 just in the mobile Order line) for my mobile order that I ordered 10 minutes in advance of my arrival. Great tunes, happy employees, but very slow service. I wanted to go behind the counter and give the employees a few lessons in efficiency they were drowning unnecessarily. Still good coffee but I expect more out of Starbucks. Train your employees on how to work a crowd.
