Best restaurant in Poughkeepsie, food is delicious and high quality, and the folks who run it are super friendly and kind. Service is fast and consistent. Plenty of options but not overwhelming, and they're accommodating to us vegetarians. The flavors are great. Whenever something's got me down or there's been a period of stress in life, I always go to Sabor. Makes my day every time, perfect place to celebrate anything. Sabor forever
