Bidrage med feedbackThere was no heat in the restaurant, the miso soup tasted like bananas, and a constant DING DONG echoed every time the door opened or closed. This pretty much sums up our experience at this deserted eatery. My boyfriend and I were looking for a last-minute sushi spot for dinner. Upon entering the place—or should I say "drownishment"—we were met with an empty dining area and a sushi chef who asked if we were there for takeout, despite us clearly requesting a table. Our waiter, dressed casually in a sweatshirt and sweatpants, took our order. We decided to try both the miso soup and the mushroom soup. One had a flavor reminiscent of pool water, while the other tasted like bananas—as if it had been cleaned with a dirty sponge and then air-dried. Yikes! We won’t be returning.
Really enjoyed this restaurant. I had the hibachi salmon. Salmon was a bit dry but the sauce was yummy. My son had the bento box and he really enjoyed it. The dinner portion is big. Place was clean and staff was very friendly.
I enjoyed some delicious pork katsu and fried rice, along with some quite good sushi.
I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The food was excellent, and I appreciated the spaced-out seating. Everything was impressively clean, which added to the overall enjoyment. I would definitely go back. The menu offered a great variety, but the sushi was truly the highlight of the meal.
I haven't tried their sushi, but from the looks of their fish inside, I imagine it is good. I've had a lot of their entrees and rice based dishes, all of which have been some of my favorite variations of them. Great flavors.
