They clearly prioritize the drive-thru. A bunch of people working but only one person working the counter making drinks and everything.

We have a coupon from the Dunkin’ app that says free iced coffee that “expires on 8/15”. Nowhere on the terms and conditions does it say starts on 8/14 as the manager said. It’s 8/13 today and they had the audacity to say “it’s not for today” and that we would have to pay for the drink. Meanwhile, our other friend used the exact same code at another Dunkin and it worked. Odd huh? This is poor customer service from the manager working 8/13 at 12:45pm at this location. Be aware of your promotions. Do better.
