The customer service at this Dunkin' location is outstanding, and each time I visit, the experience consistently exceeds my expectations. It's undoubtedly one of the best Dunkin' spots in New York.

This Dunkin' location is very unprofessional. The donuts often look unappealing, as if they have been carelessly tossed around, especially on Noxon Road.

The coffee was burnt and the bacon was undercooked. Who actually wants to eat raw bacon? Dunkin, you really need to step up your game. Your prices are steep, so the food should be fantastic!
