On a positive note, the food was excellent. The cook's salad was large enough for two meals, and the sweet potato fries were delicious. My husband particularly enjoyed the shepherd’s pie and the onion rings, enough that he wants to return. The burger looked amazing as well, and the selection of beer on tap is definitely a bonus. I noticed that the coleslaw was coarsely shredded rather than finely chopped. We’ve been driving past this place for years, and the parking lot is always full on weekends. I think we’ll have to come back and give it another try.

The burger was just okay. The Angus patty was average, but the bun was fresh. The American cheese was flavorful, and the toppings were freshly added (lettuce, tomato, pickles). I’d rate it a 6 out of 10. Personally, I prefer smash burgers as thick burgers can be challenging to cook properly for most people.

I'd like to spend a week in Jack's for lunch, and the very occasional drink in the evenings. I recently also participated in a fundraising event. The fare is simple, but very fresh, carefully prepared by competent hands. The staff is unequivocally polite, attentive and funny to be around; Servers and bartenders seem to treat the unexpected with grace and conspiracy, never appear stressed or lose their friendly and professional way. I enjoy my visits here. Spicy Food Lovers: Do not miss the Scorpion sauce on chicken or sandwiches, it is to die.

I love this pub! Some of my friends visited it and every time we go the staff is so friendly. The food is great! And the drinks are also! I never had a bad experience. It is a good place to have a good time with your friends!

Nice find. I was in the area and looked for a lunch place. Google Maps found it. They were out of Guinness, it had a few items such as Shepherds Pie. It is a really nice pub, the fish and chips was great, friendly wait staff, good prices, clean bathrooms. What else do you need?
