Dunkin' - Pottstown

Aweful! Every time we order, they tell us that they do not have an order and then the targeted compounding of one of our coffees, because they are crazy about something. So annoying! Needs new property!!!

Pretty good service and reliable. We usually pick up donuts that are decent. Just drive when I was there recently.

If you can't hear what's being said over the loudspeaker, it leads to incorrect orders. For instance, we specifically asked for the veggie cream cheese to be on the side, but it ended up on the bagel. We also ordered the wrong cream cheese altogether. What's the reason for that? They just handed us the bagel with the cream cheese on the side, which defeats the purpose. I'm not having dinner at a table; this is frustrating. It feels like customer service has really declined.

Could be better I never listened to your order and 90% of the time they have an attitude even at 5:30 in the morning

This seems to be the only Dunkin that gets my order correct. I use the app to order ahead and it's always ready when I get there. Tried the sourdough today and it was amazing!
