Burger King - Pottsgrove

Not sure what the problem is here. Might be management. 6 people in line at 6pm and there’s an employee on his cell talking to someone. It’s always backed up. Drive thru is crazy. It’s a shame. BK is the best out of all the fast foods. This one just isn’t run well. I walked out after 15 minutes of waiting just to order a burger.

DO NOT COME HERE! We Came either 3/4 Or 3/5 Cant remember sorry) in the evening at around 6:30 -7:30 . Maybe 1 Or 2 of the employees get 5 stars, they are super friendly and helpful. Sadly cant say the same for the others though! First My husband went into the bathroom and saw one of the male employees NOT WASH HIS HANDS after going #2 !!! Second there are a bunch of employees and customers that look like drug addicts, Some employees just look unkempt and have a frown on their faces. If you dont like ur job then GO WORK SOMEWHERE ELSE! We ordered whoppers and some cheese bite thingys, when we got home we took about 2 bites of our food and immediately realized that the food tasted off, old, and had an odd smell! THATS STRIKE 3 And im deleting my BK App for good.

Wasn’t as bad as the last time j went they only messed up 1 of the items on my order at least the staff was nice….

We went to the high street location, they did not get our order right, the woman with dark hair and Her nose pierced was incredibly rude, As we were trying to ask for the items that they screwed up, she refused to even offer to help us or even apologize for the mess up. 0/10 do not recommend going to this location, when they make a mistake, they do nothing to make it right for the customer.
