Le's Cyclo - Potsdam

My family and I decided Vietnamese (in Germany because why not??? but it was absolutely delicious. I went for the vegan Buddha bowl and it was full of taste. I was only three months before to Vietnam and the food definitely lived. The location is beautiful, like most restaurants in Potsdam. We all really enjoyed it.

I had the blandest Pho Cary you can imagine. I know the difference between simple and bland, and this was definitely not a well-composed simple taste, but just warm water with rice noodles, tofu and some green veggies (well, they served lime and chili with...it, so in the end I had spicy warm water). I asked for soy sauce so I could season to taste, but they don 't have any. The funny thing is: the waiter 's argument was we don 't use MSG, that 's why we don 't have soy sauce , while there was a bottle of Sriracha chili sauce (containing MSG) standing on the table. I love Pho Cary, and have tried many amazing versions. But for the 10,90 Euro this one costs you my advice is: don 't even b(r)other...

Love that little restaurant in Potsdam's center. Authentic vietnamese food and drinks are served in a cozy place. Although the dishes are a bit more pricy than usual it is worth it. They also offer daily specials. If you want to come with a bigger...group (more than four, I would advise to reserve a table in advance).

Durch Zufall kamen wir an diesem kleinen Restaurant vorbei und setzten uns an einen der 4 Tische unter freiem Himmel. Wir bestellten zwei der leckeren hausgemachten Limonaden und aßen uns aus Neugier durch die Vor- und Nachspeisen. Das Essen kam appetitlich angerichtet auf den Tisch und überraschte und beglückte uns in seiner geschmacklichen Vielfalt. Wir wurden freundlich und schnell beraten und bedient! Da das Restaurant ca.30m von der belebten lauteren Hauptstraße entfernt liegt, lässt den Trubel gedämpfter herüberklingen und das köstliche Essen in Ruhe genießen. Da wollen wir unbedingt wieder hin!

Atmosphäre nett. Geeignet für erwachsene, finde ich. Ich würde nicht mit Kindern hingehen da alle Gerichte überteuert sind. Ich bestellte Ein Burger. Burger schmeckte gut aber meine Meinung nach, Teig für süßkartoffelpommes ist nicht nötig. Pommes ist kein Schnitzel.
